Reflection 9


1. How often do the children attend this class?
once in the week.
2. What kind of learning tasks place and why is it considered important?They come by line up in the P.E the teacher turn on the music and do some exercises also I saw the children have a lot of energy in this class and enjoy come to P.E class.
3. What special skills /training does the teacher need? (You may need to ask) The teacher should know every one in the class and know what exercise will be good for them to develop their ability.

4. What special equipment/facilities/resources are needed?
some times playing with 4 groups and some times whole class together.
5. Ask a child what they enjoy about this class. Ask them what they learn?
The children enjoy moving and play also they was happy with turn on the music. They learn a lot of exercises.
6. Do you notice any special teaching strategy that the teacher uses? Yes, she try to make sure that all students understand this game or exercise and what the benefits for their bodies.

7. Does the teacher use strategies which are different from their main teacher? Every teacher have different strategy to control the class.


8. What did you enjoy about the lesson?
I like to see the way that teacher use it in the class to make sure that all students understand and enjoy and tell them the benefit the sport on the body.

Task 3

Mapping environments: The learning environment:-

In that day I was surprised because they changed every things in the class because when I was in primary school I never see that things in the class. I learn is the environment in classroom is very important for students and it should have every things that they need it to learn and succeed. In addition to that is the bathroom in the class for grade 1 , 2 and three is important because they can go any where and the teacher should take care about all students. I think this design is good and can help teacher and students to have an easy way to learn.

·      What have you noticed about this learner from your observation? all children have level of learning some of them high and some of them low and need a lot of help.
·      Why do you think this child exceeds expectations? maybe because she try to do more work in the class.
·      What interested or surprised you? She focus on her works and try to do some thing good that teacher does not ask her to do for example write more or helping other students.
·      What did you learn? I learn teacher should mix sometimes the child with high ability with the child with low ability.
·      What is the best way to work with this child? just ask her to do the work she will be focus and do it well also with say something positive to encourage her.
·      Did the teacher use some good teaching strategies with this child? yes with encourage her.
·      Does the child have trouble focusing? no never.
·      Do you think this child has special talents? no.
·      Describe some things that this child does that make her or him succeed so well? I think she listen to the teacher and do her work well in class and that thing make her succeed.

·      What did you learn? I learn the teacher should have many strategies to connect with child.
·      What is the best way to work with this child? with talking and focus on her work (with help).
·      Did the teacher use some good teaching strategies with this child? yes and try to help her to complete her work.
·      Does the child have trouble focusing? no just she loves to look around and spend a lot of time playing.
·      Do you think this child has a special need or is she just a little slower than the others? no she is not.
·      How can you tell when a child is having difficulty? the teacher try to know the problem and fix it.
